1. The Offer

1.1 Weekend Year-End Events: A 25% discount on the standard venue hire fee for year-end functions held on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

1.2 Midweek Team Building: Venue hire is free for team-building events held from Monday to Thursday.

1.3 The offer applies to venue hire only. Catering, beverages, décor, equipment hire, facilitators, staffing, security and any other services are charged at standard rates.

2. Offer Period

2.1 The special is open to bookings, and applies to events held, up to and including 15 November 2026. The booking must be confirmed and the deposit paid by the same date.

2.2 Public holidays are included in the offer, subject to availability.

3. Direct Bookings Only

3.1 The special is available only on bookings made directly with Benvenuto through its official booking channels.

3.2 Bookings made through third-party platforms, agents, planners or resellers do not qualify, even where the same event is later confirmed with Benvenuto directly.

3.3 Benvenuto may ask for proof that a booking was made directly.

4. Eligibility and Conditions

4.1 The weekend discount applies to the venue hire fee for one event per booking.

4.2 The midweek offer applies to genuine team-building and corporate staff events. Benvenuto may request details of the event programme and reserves the right to decline bookings that do not fit this description.

4.3 Minimum guest numbers for each space are available on request.

4.4 The maximum capacity is 100 guests.

4.5 The special cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher or loyalty offer.

4.6 The offer is subject to availability. Benvenuto may close dates at its discretion, and dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Deposits and Payment

5.1 A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the total quoted cost is required to confirm a booking.

5.2 The balance is due 7 days before the event.

5.3 All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

6. Cancellations and Changes

6.1 The booking deposit is non-refundable. No further cancellation charges apply.

6.2 Date change requests must be made at least 10 days before the original event date and are subject to availability. Where a change is approved, the deposit carries over to the new date.

7. Guest Conduct and Liability

7.1 The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for any damage to the property, furnishings or equipment during the event.

7.2 Benvenuto is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings or for injury sustained on the premises, except where caused by its negligence.

8. Force Majeure

Benvenuto is not liable for failure to host an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including load shedding or utility failure, severe weather, civil unrest or government restrictions. In such cases, Benvenuto will offer an alternative date or a refund of amounts paid, less any costs already incurred.

9. Right to Amend or Withdraw

Benvenuto may amend, extend or withdraw this special at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of confirmation.

10. Personal Information

Personal information supplied during booking is processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and used only to manage the booking and related communication.

11. General

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11.2 By paying a deposit, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
