Executive Boardrooms
Pisa and Sienna: Our two executive boardrooms seat between ten and sixteen people and provide management teams with the ideal opportunity to focus on strategic planning, brainstorming and business meetings away from office interruptions. We also provide boardroom lunches and dinners.
Conference and Training Rooms
Benvenuto caters for groups of between 6 and 100 people. Our conference facilities can function on a stand-alone basis or as break-away rooms.
Telephone and video conferencing ability available with ISD lines in both Boardrooms, Dante 1 and 2 and Toscana. More detail available on request.
Dante 1 and 2: This is our largest conference room, ideal for product launches and large conference groups. Undivided Dante can seat up to 100 people around tables or 160 people theatre style.
Salerno and Napoli: These facilities each accommodate between 15 and 35 people seated in the style that compliment your conference requirements best. In theatre, style each can seat up to 60 people.
Roma and Toscana: Ideal for conference groups of between 8 and 16 people in a u-shape. These can also be used as break-away facilities where required.
